Do you remember nerds? The little round candies that sometimes resembled a molecule with a sweet and sour taste? Tonight as I dished out Vanilla icecream for Lisa and I, I noticed that frozen raspberries when crushed imitated nerds. In fact that went as far as to imitate the taste just without the sugar. My conclusion is that Frozen raspberries were the "original" nerds and the inspiration for the creator of nerds.
P.S. They're great in vanilla ice cream!
