Espresso & Scillian Cookies

This morning Joel brought us Italian Espresso and Scillian cookies. The cookies are made once a year for All Saints Day! They were so good. Some reminded us of strangly flavored Ding Dongs! They were all good...And yes I had some espresso. I didn't finish it all but I did have a/b half a cup...which as you know the espresso cups are extremely small.
