Fried Chicken
Sunday I fixed fried chicken, mashed potatos, and corn for lunch. I invited Luci and Sabera over for lunch with Simone and I. The chicken turned out good. I mashed the potatos w/ a hand held masher as we do not have an electric mixer. They turned out good. No lumps! Amazing what you learn to use on the field. ha ha.
