Fridays are reserved to eat a less expensive meal. They take the difference between the cost for that meal and a normal meal and save the money. At the end of each year they vote on a project to use the money for. Last year they bought solar pannels for a hospital so that they could have hot water.
Todays meal was soup. I know I know...but I don't like soup! so I went back home instead and had spaghetti and garlic bread! yummmmm!
